Yorkshire Sculpture Park
Taking a trip up to Yorkshire would not be complete without visiting the Yorkshire Sculpture Park which I had first discovered on a poster within the school art classroom. With the students gaining inspiration from visual imagery such as this I thought it would be a good idea to take some unusual photographs from my Digital SLR camera, highlighting the concept of form, shape and texture which is something that they concentrate a lot on when teaching.
It was very interesting to see such large forms, especially from the well-known Henry Moore which I had been taught a lot about in college. Below are some of the imagery I will be taking to the school which they can use at their desire:
